Information we collect

LBT Press collects the information needed to respond to quote requests, trade account applications, file-support requests, and print orders. This can include contact details, company information, shipping details, selected products, artwork files, and artwork filenames.

How we use information

We use submitted information to prepare quotes, review artwork, provide customer support, coordinate production and delivery, prevent abuse, and maintain business records. We do not sell personal information.

We collect aggregate storefront and configurator events, such as page and product views, quote starts, option changes, unavailable combinations, proof decisions, and completed run quantities. These counters do not include artwork names, artwork contents, contact details, persistent advertising identifiers, or customer profiles.

Service providers and retention

Storefront submissions may be routed to an approved lead capture endpoint or reviewed using the quote reference generated by the site. Payment information is not collected by this storefront.

Information may be processed by hosting, security, lead-management, production, shipping, file-storage, and communications providers only as needed to deliver the requested service. Active quote-status records are configured to expire after 90 days; aggregate analytics counters may be retained for approximately 400 days. Transaction, accounting, claim, and legal records may be retained longer when reasonably necessary.

Cookies, security, and your choices

The site may use essential browser storage for quote carts, compatible product preferences, and temporary operations access. Signed cart-recovery links contain the saved cart and expire after seven days; anyone with the link can restore that cart, so do not share it publicly. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no internet transmission is completely secure. You may request access, correction, or deletion of eligible contact information by emailing us.
