Report a print quality concern

Use the private quote-status link from your confirmation after the order is marked shipped or completed. Submit suspected production defects in writing within six business days after delivery.

Have these details ready

• Quote or order reference
• Delivery date and affected quantity
• Description of the defect and how many pieces were inspected
• Photographs of the product and packaging
• Condition of the shipping carton

Keep the complete order

Do not discard the product or packaging while the claim is reviewed. LBT Press or the production partner may request representative samples or return of the full order before approving a reprint or refund.

What is evaluated

The team distinguishes verified production defects from customer-file errors, expected commercial-print variation, incorrect addresses, carrier delays, and changes requested after production began.
