Fulfillment guide

Shipping, pickup, and turnaround

Production turnaround

Available turnaround depends on the exact product, specifications, producing facility, and order cutoff. The clock begins after the job is accepted as production-ready and any required proof is approved.

Shipping time is separate

An estimated in-hand date combines production time and carrier transit time. Ground shipping estimates are not guaranteed. Time-sensitive jobs should allow contingency time and use an appropriate production and carrier service.

Rates and methods

Carrier methods and charges are calculated or manually confirmed for the destination and producing facility. LBT Press does not publish a general free-shipping threshold.

Pickup and local delivery

Pickup and local delivery are not standard published methods. You may request them, but LBT Press must confirm that the producing facility and destination are eligible before either method is offered. No general local-delivery zone or schedule is currently promised.

Address accuracy

Use a complete, accurate street address and include a suite or unit when applicable. Carriers generally cannot deliver these orders to a P.O. box. Address corrections, returns, and reshipment can add charges and delay the order.

Split and multi-location shipping

Tell the team before approval if a job needs multiple destinations, grouped shipping, special packaging, or direct-to-client fulfillment. These requirements can affect price and timing.
